The best way to learn about ice cream is to eat it, of course! Grab a cup of homemade coconut pound cake ice cream to start while learning how dairy-free ice cream is made! You’ll make chocolate sorbet and local blueberry sorbet from scratch! This hands-on course will cover basic chemistry/history/tips & tricks for homemade ice cream. You’ll have a pint to take home and memories to last!
