In this course we will learn basic chemistry/history/tips & tricks for homemade ice cream while making TWO delicious flavors: Gingerbread Pretzel Crunch and Bourbon Butter Pecan!! We will also learn cone-rolling technique and make homemade pumpkin spice waffle cones! Roll up your flannel sleeves…this is a hands-on course!

Immerse yourself in the world of homemade ice cream with this Mad Scoops two-hour workshop. In this course, you will learn how to make Philadelphia-style vanilla and French-style custard ice cream with lots of taste tests along the way! Customize your own flavor with mix-in options and techniques and learn the “dos and don’ts” of ice cream making at home. We will also learn how to make and roll homemade cones!
This is a hands-on course that will set you up for success in your own ice cream journey. Sign up with a friend or come solo. Let’s laugh and make a mess while learning the art of ice cream making! There is NOTHING like freshly churned ice cream…
