In this course we will learn basic chemistry/history/tips & tricks for homemade ice cream while making TWO delicious flavors: Gingerbread Pretzel Crunch and Bourbon Butter Pecan!! We will also learn cone-rolling technique and make homemade pumpkin spice waffle cones! Roll up your flannel sleeves…this is a hands-on course!
